No. The free plan is completely free — no credit card required, no trial period. You can use Fakturify for as long as you want at no cost. Only upgrade when your business needs it.

You can invoice in Danish kroner (DKK), euro (EUR), US dollars (USD) and British pounds (GBP). Reports convert amounts at the European Central Bank's daily reference rates.

Yes. All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, you can turn on two-factor authentication, and sensitive credentials such as accounting-integration keys are encrypted with AES-256. Fakturify is GDPR compliant, and you can export your personal data at any time.

When you add line items, Fakturify suggests descriptions and rates from your earlier invoices to the same client, plus typical rates for common Danish freelance services. You review every suggestion before it goes on the invoice.

Yes. Every invoice can be downloaded as a Peppol BIS 3.0 or OIOUBL 2.1 e-invoice, the formats used for e-invoicing in Denmark, and as a SAF-T file for your bookkeeping. Fakturify creates the files; delivery over the NemHandel network goes through your bookkeeping system or access provider.

Yes. Adding a client takes a few clicks: type their CVR number and the details fill in. If you keep your books in e-conomic, Billy or Dinero, connect it in Settings and send invoices straight there.

Free plan users get email support. Professional plan users get priority support with faster response times. There is also a help center with guides.

No, a CVR number is not required. Freelancers, sole proprietors and international users can sign up and start invoicing without one. CVR lookup is there to fill in your Danish clients' details.

The free plan costs nothing and includes 5 invoices a month, client management and e-invoice export. Professional costs 99 kr. a month and adds unlimited invoices, automatic payment reminders and advanced analytics. You can cancel anytime.

Yes. New invoices add 25% Danish VAT (moms) by default. You can change the rate on any invoice, or set a different default in Settings.

Yes. Connect your e-conomic, Billy or Dinero account in Settings, then send invoices from Fakturify straight to your bookkeeping.

Yes. Fakturify is built in English, and the whole app is also available in Danish and Estonian. You can switch language at any time.
